welcome to the Brindiamo! blog
My journey started on October 6, 2005, thanks to NYC Life, the Channel
that have believed in Brindiamo! since day one, and thanks to my
restaurateurs and chefs who opened the doors of their restaurants and
their hearts to me.
But the fact that I am here working on so many different projects,
ultimately is because of my loyal audience, which has been supporting
me with wonderful feedback every day and asking for more Brindiamo!
episodes from all over the world.
In those past years we have visit and filmed over 60 great Italian
restaurants between America, Italy and Canada, and we working on
exiting series called Brindiamo! On The Sea and we are very proud to
announce the launch my very first book “A TASTE OF BRINDIAMO!”
The idea of “A Taste of Brindiamo!”! Book was born naturally thanks to
the great photographs taken by photographer Stephen Shadrach and
thanks to my big desire to experience new things in business.
To me Brindiamo! has been a great journey, and an unforgettable
growing experience as a person, businesswoman, and artist. Brindiamo!
is my every-day challenge; after all, I am in one of the most
competitive cities in the world, and thus need to constantly grow and
search for the latest Italian trends, in addition to dreaming big!
