Brindiamo! was created to showcase the finest and most authentic Italian restaurants in the U.S. and Italy.  For the past three years, Brindiamo! has aired on NYCTV 25, a NYC Media Group channel, as well as MIND channel 35, formerly WYBE in Philadelphia. 

Hosted and created by the stunning and talented Ornella Fado, a native Italian now residing in New York City, Brindiamo! offers a window into not only Italian cuisine, but also Italian culture in the U.S. and Italy.  Brindiamo! explores all types of Italian restaurants -- from traditional to trendy, family-style to fusion, and from expensive to dining on a budget.  Regardless of the type of eatery, all restaurants featured on Brindiamo! have one thing in common -- real, authentic Italian cuisine with the taste and flavor of old and new Italy.  All the restaurants have Italian chefs and owners, and, unlike other food shows, Brindiamo! is always filmed at the restaurants themselves.

Considering that Italians are the fifth largest ethnic group in the U.S., Brindiamo!’s focus on authentic Italian culture does not go unnoticed.  While the show’s emphasis is on Italian restaurants, Brindiamo! also features other Italian cultural aspects as well, including high fashion, historical and geographical content, and guests such as Italian television/film stars, politicians, authors, and musicians, making Brindiamo! the only American show featuring such a broad variety of Italian culture.
