Here are some of my upcoming projects:

1. -producing more and more shows about Italian restaurants with Brindiamo! - “A Toast to the Finest Italian Restaurants” ;
   

2. -discovering a “green” world with Brindiamo! Goes Green, a 30 minute TV show about everything green in New York, featuring “green” restaurants, delicious organic recipes and much more;
   

- issuing my exciting new book entitled "Brindiamo! - A Toast To Italian Lifestyle, Traditions and Cuisine in New York”, featuring 100 restaurants, colorful behind-the-scenes photographs of Brindiamo! episodes, recipes, interviews with the most distinguished restaurant owners, and chefs, and much more;

- the Brindiamo Club Card: A VIP card that enables Brindiamo’s audience to expand its restaurant experience; 

- the B.R.A. Brindiamo Restaurants Association,

        Every day, food lovers seek advice and opinions about selecting the right culinary experiences, whether at the latest trendy restaurants, quaint romantic hot spots, or establishments that can accommodate business or social events. The Brindiamo Restaurants Association (B.R.A.) will provide restaurant members with an opportunity to achieve further exposure through various types of media and my own personal recommendations to Brindiamo!’s audience.

- the Brindiamo! Shop: an on-line shop where fans can purchase their favorite Brindiamo! DVDs, great cooking books from some of the finest Brindiamo! chef’s, cooking classes, tasty Italian products, and much more;

- Brindiamo! Tours: providing memorable trips to the beautiful Amalfi coast, to visit wineries and farms, enjoy great culinary experiences at five star restaurants such as Don Alfonso (featured in one Brindiamo! episode), and take fun cooking classes with local chefs.
