Cesare Casella is  considered one of the best Italian chef  in United State, his passion for food started in very young age and his success, is the love for what he does.

I had the pleasure to meet Cesare Casella many years ago at Beppe Ristorante, his first restaurant in New York City dedicated to his “Nonno Beppe ”.

Has been a pleasure to spend few days with Cesare, we learned about his new adventure at the Italian Academy Center, we visit his farm up state, and every dish that we prepared in the kitchen of Maremma carries all the knowledge and the passion of a man that loves his work.
