“My father was a great chef,” Ugo said during his interview.
He was the executive Chef of the Hotel Excelsior in Via Veneto in Rome. When I heard these words, I was interested to learn more about his unique family. The Ugo’s a three generations of chefs, Antonio, Ugo and Stephen.
“Cooking is in the DNA”, Stephen said. “I love my work and the kitchen is my kingdom”.
“The clients”, Ugo said, “are following me from one restaurant to the other one”.
I find Stephen’s specials just fantastic!
