I have had the pleasure of meeting Luigi Russo many times.  His warm hospitality reminds me why I love my job so much.  The restaurant always looks beautiful.  As soon as you enter, there is a mouth watering display of strawberries and mushrooms.  You feel such an impact that you want to sit and indulge in all the delicious dishes that Luigi has prepared for his sophisticated clients.

My favorite dish?  Fish of course.  Luigi loves to prepare his fish in many creative different ways.
