Brindiamo! was created to showcase the finest and most authentic Italian restaurants in and around New York City, the greater U.S. and internationally as well. We explore all types of Italian ristoranti, trattorie and osterie, from traditional to trendy, family style to fusion, and from expensive to dining on the cheap! But all of our featured restaurants have one thing in common -- real Italian cuisine with the taste and flavor of Italy.  All of our featured restaurants have Italian chefs and owners. Unlike other food shows, Brindiamo! is filmed entirely at the featured restaurants to provide our audience with a behind-the-scenes view and experience in the heart (and the heat) of the kitchen. We introduce our audience to the restaurant owners, chefs and regions of Italy from which they originate, and provide fun, interesting, and insightful information about the regions’ culture and history. OK Productions is offering a weekly half hour show hosted by native Italian -- Ornella Fado. Brindiamo! has some short segments in Italian (always subtitled or with a voice over) that will enforce our primary point of the authenticity of the Italian culinary experience.
